The Downtown Florist is located in Massena, NY and proudly serves the Massena and surrounding areas. Returning customers are most impressed by our freshest, longest lasting flowers and courteous staff. Holiday Hours:
We have extended hours during holidays. To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least one day prior to the following major holidays:
Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Day, Mother's Day & Thanksgiving.

Complete addresses and phone numbers help deliveries arrive on time. Please provide a valid e-mail address, cell or home phone number in case we need to contact you. Place holiday orders early for the best selection... and your peace of mind.
Delivery Information:
The delivery fee for orders in Massena is $10.00, for each address. We also deliver to Winthrop, Brasher Falls, North Lawrence, Raymondville, Norfolk, Hogansburg, Waddington, and other communities in the area. The delivery fee for these areas will appear at the end of check-out. Local orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. eastern time to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following business day, though we will make best effort on request. Also we will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but cannot guarantee it.
